We ship worldwide.
The orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Orders placed before 12pm CET will be processed on the same day.
Please note, the orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next Monday.
The shipping cost depends on the destination country and can be calculated by choosing the country at the checkout after a product has been added to the cart.

We ship primarily through SDA in Italy and the typical delivery time is 1-3 working days.
Our international shipping partners are DHL (Europe, USA, Extra Europe), and FedEx (Asia, Australia, Arab Emirates, and South America), the delivery time is 1-3 working days (this is just an indicative estimate, delivery to minor cities will take slightly longer). For Russia we use SDA and the delivery time is 5 days.
If the ordered products on our website were to be delivered extra EU, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the parcel reaches its destination. Any additional costs for customs clearance shall be borne by the buyer; we cannot predict the amount of such costs over which we have no control. For information on customs policies of foreign countries, we invite the user to contact the local customs office.

Is it safe to receive a package from an area where there are cases of COVID-19?
Yes. World Health Organisation has stated that the probability that an infected person contaminates the goods is low and that the risk of contracting the new virus from a package that has been moved, transported, and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is also low. You can find all the updated information on COVID-19 on the information page of the Ministry of Health and on the W.H.O. website.
Is it possible to reduce the contact with the courier when delivering my package?
Yes. We have asked couriers to minimize contact with customers, for example by leaving the package near the door and moving away to maintain the distance stated by law. If verification of your identity is necessary, the courier will do it remotely.

Since the very beginning of this situation, we have worked closely with health authorities to proactively deal with this emergency, continuing to guarantee our service to the clients and at the same time preserving the health and safety of all our employees. From our manufacturer to our logistics center, we make sure that everyone follows the government's legal regulations, continuing to support our employees, customers, and our made in Italy products.
